Contact the admin (Hibiki Ito: hibiki.itoo[at]gmail.com) before submission, and
Participate in a 30-minute interview about the experience using ReLEAF before or after publication.
Add your publication to ReLEAF Outputs Registry.
ReLEAF collects the following data of users (data subjects):
Account information (name, email, affiliation)
Usage data (requests, projects, chat and interaction logs)
Purpose of data collection and processing
Access control
Reviewing real-data validation requests
Security/audit logging
Research and development at Learning and Educational Technologies Research Unit of Kyoto University
Data retention and sharing
Collected data is deleted 10 years after collection according to the Kyoto University Policy on Research Data Management and Sharing
Collected data will not be shared with third parties without users' consents
Research outputs
Aggregated results may be published in academic venues
Users may opt out of the research use of their data
Usage data and unpublished research contents are handled carefully to prevent identification of individuals.
Users have rights to access, rectify, erase and stop the processing of their data.
