Preparing for a Reiki Session

How do you prepare for a Reiki session?  

Dress in comfortable clothing, and just relax!  The only thing you need to do is put away the stresses of the day and absorb the benefits of Reiki.  

You may feel tingling, or you may feel nothing at all!  Just enjoy the experience!

We will spend a few minutes after your session discussing your experience.



Cannot Attend an In-person Session?  

No worries! We will set up a time for a distance session.  All you have to do is let me know what we are focusing on, and when you would be available to relax and breathe! Sessions last about twenty minutes, and the benefits are great!  Distance healing REALLY works!
