What Reiki/Energy Healing Can Do 

Reiki/Energy Healing works with the energetic, physical and emotional aspects of the individual to address imbalances on all levels.

What to Expect During a Healing Session 

A Reiki/Energy Healing session is usually very relaxing for the client.

Before an in-person session, you will complete a confidential client history form that outlines the areas in your body and life that you would like the session to focus on. This will also help the practitioner monitor your progress from session to session. Once you have asked any questions you have, you will lie fully clothed on a therapy table and relax. The practitioner will place her hands above your body over various parts in a sequential method. At the end of the session, there will be time to ask any questions you may have with the practitioner. 

Distance sessions are also available and can be done in the comfort of your own home.

Before a distance session, the practitioner will discuss what you would like to address during the Healing session.  Distance sessions generally last twenty minutes, and the client will sit or lie down and relax during the session.  The practitioner will let the client know the session is complete via text message or Messenger.
