These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are entered into by and between you (“User,” “you”) and Brady Reed, the individual developer of the Relationship Ref mobile application (“Relationship Ref,” “the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: The App provides relationship guidance and communication support but is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, therapy, counseling, or emergency services.
Relationship Ref is an AI-powered mobile application designed to:
Provide communication guidance
Offer conflict de-escalation techniques
Analyze conversation patterns
Suggest strategies for responses
Share educational content on healthy communication
The App does not provide:
Professional therapy or counseling
Medical or psychological treatment
Crisis intervention or emergency services
Diagnosis of any condition
A replacement for professional relationship counseling
You must be at least 17 years old to use the App.
Users under 18 may only use the App with parental supervision.
By using the App, you confirm you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
You agree not to use the App to:
Engage in illegal activity
Harass, threaten, or abuse others
Share harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
Attempt to bypass usage limits or subscription rules
Reverse-engineer or copy the App’s software
Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions
You are responsible for any content you input. Do not share confidential or sensitive information you are not comfortable being processed.

The App, including its features, software, design, and branding, is owned by Brady Reed and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
You retain ownership of your input. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content for the sole purpose of providing the App’s features.
Free Plan: Limited daily access.
Pro Plan: Paid subscription with premium features. Pricing is displayed in the App and may vary by region.
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
Price changes will follow applicable notice requirements.
Cancel anytime through your App Store account settings.
Refunds are governed by App Store/Google Play policies.
No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
The App is for supportive and educational purposes only. It is not therapy, medical advice, or professional counseling. Always consult qualified professionals for serious issues.
The App is provided “AS IS” without any warranties, including but not limited to:
Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated advice
Fitness for a particular purpose
That the App will be error-free, secure, or available without interruption
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Brady Reed is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the past 12 months.
We disclaim responsibility for outcomes in relationships, mental health, or emergencies resulting from use of the App.
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected and used. By using the App, you consent to our data practices.
The App may use third-party AI technology (e.g., Anthropic’s Claude). We are not responsible for errors, biases, or outages caused by such services.
Your use of the App is also governed by your App Store provider’s terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting in the App. Your continued use signifies acceptance.
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or misusing the App.
Upon termination, your rights to use the App immediately cease.
These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Except where prohibited by law, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to class actions or class-wide proceedings.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brady Reed from claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your infringement of third-party rights
If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder shall remain valid.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and Brady Reed regarding use of the App.
