Our team has over 15 years of resume writing experience and 20 years of leadership, management and coaching experience across various industries with cross-generational clients. The company was Founded in 2022 to help fill an obvious gap in job search and career development support for individuals newly entering the workforce, transitioning job function or industry, returning to the workforce and/or wanting to create a career path. Founded by a woman of color (WOC) who understands the unique challenges that women, BIPOC, neuro-diverse, LGBTQIA+ and differently abled individuals face in their career journeys we start from a place of empathy and advocacy to help people achieve financial security and success through our services.  

The Founder, Marissa Gomez-Palmer, is a certified writer with a B.A in English from the University of Texas at Austin, an MBA in International Business from Georgia State University, an M.A. in International Management from IAE-Paris Sorbonne, Diplomacy and Leadership Certifications from COPPEAD in Rio de Janeiro and multiple Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Behavioral, and Risk certifications. She has worked in both the private and public sector as a subject matter expert (SME) on training, coaching and employee  development for individuals and teams covering a range of experience levels from entry to executive across many industries included by not limited to; Technology, Finance, Publishing, Energy, Education, Retail, and Hospitality.
