Teaching Style

My students receive training in proper technique, music theory; (literacy), and will be instructed in effective practice habits. I strive to provide students with tools to become independent players and learners. Specific books and materials are used to teach the language of music. Students will learn to become literate musicians and therefore become capable of focusing on whatever style they like independently.
