Getting Involved 

 Vote 

Our model is OPEN, empowering, collaborative, and allows anyone to get involved at the highest level of decision making right from the beginning. So if you are ready to jump in and start voting, all you really need to know is that we use Score Voting for all of our decision making models. Score voting is like giving a score form 1-10, or a % form 1%-100%. In our model we use 0-9, which is basically the same as 10 but works easier because there is no double digit number. 

We always strive towards Supportive Consensus for everything, so if concerns rise up, then we will addres them directly and get into async and real-time disscussions for those who want to. With score voting the goal is never 50% majority or plurality, although we can move forward with that if we have no other choice, but we always are striving for 60%, 70%, 80%, even 90%+ Support for all of our decisions. The only way to learn and understand the power and scientific acuracy of score voting is simply to experience it yourself over the long term. So lets dive in.

Currently we have 4 voting forms that you can vote on. Overtime we will cycle thorugh voting forms, but we can always go back and review and evaluate past decisions and make sure they are meeting the needs of the current involved membership. Here is our list of voting forms that you can choose to vote on, you are not required to vote on all of them and some of them are local anyways.
