Reiki sessions are a calm, quiet experience focused on rest and relaxation. You’ll be guided to lie comfortably on the couch while Reiki is offered through gentle, hands-on (or hands-near) touch.
There is no need to talk during the session - you’re welcome to simply rest and receive. Some people notice warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation, while others simply feel calm and still.
After the session, there is a brief check-in before you leave.

Alice is certified at Second Degree level of Usui/Holy Fire® 111 World Peace Reiki system of natural healing. She offers calm, grounded Reiki sessions focused on supporting relaxation, balance, and nervous system settling.
Her approach is gentle and intuitive, creating a quiet space where clients can rest and receive Reiki at their own pace. Each session is gently guided by the Reiki itself, allowing the body to respond in the way it needs on the day.
