Numerous containment cells have been breached! Get out as quick as you can, find a Security Guard if you can and stick with them, they'll help you get out. You might need a better card, but if you can't find a card, or a Guard, hope that MTF finds you before anything else does, just get out alive, and watch out for any armed prisoners.

They are the a somewhat uncommon class to spawn as and do so in Light Containment.
