Engagement activity: Asynchronous Syllabus Workshop!

If you wish to participate, share your syllabus (or syllabus draft) via the form here.

You can access and comment on syllabi in the shared folder here. (Please do not share the link for this folder or any of the documents within.) Read over the rules of engagement here and then one or more syllabi, pretending you are a student in the course. As you read, consider the questions below and give constructive feedback:

  • What do you think is strongest about this syllabus? What are you excited to learn more about?

  • What questions would you have, as a student, for the instructor after reading this syllabus? Are there any elements that could be potentially confusing, inaccessible, or unwelcoming? Can you share specific ways that the syllabus design might be improved?

Inclusive Syllabus Design
