All the arts have very similar benefits, like developing a healthier brain and body overall. But each art has its own unique abilities to improve our personal growth. In our events, we get to play around with the different arts in order to help enhance our health, but also to help us find the art we connect with the most. And if we already know which art(s) drive us, this community can serve as a safe space to connect with others who also have love and appreciation for playing with the arts. However, participation is never mandatory. We understand and respect that some people are more reserved and/or have different boundaries, but can still benefit greatly from the events. Even just getting ideas on how to use art on your own time for personal growth can be extremely invaluable. You're welcome to join and observe if that's all you're comfortable with. Our goal is to help as many people as possible learn that art has the power to help us grow.
