At Refined Brows & Beauty, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following policies are in place.
A valid credit card is required on file to secure all appointments. By booking, you authorize Refined Brows & Beauty to charge the card on file in accordance with the policies below.
A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations or reschedules within 72 hours will incur a 25% service fee + 3.5% Credit Card processing fee.
• Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours will incur a 50% service fee + 3.5% Credit Card processing fee.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service + 3.5% Credit Card processing fee.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a No-Show and need to be rescheduled.
As a small, appointment-based studio, last-minute cancellations directly impact business operations and other clients waiting for availability. These policies allow us to continue providing high-quality, personalized service to every guest.

How far in advance can I book?
Appointments can be scheduled up to 12 months in advance.
What if I’m running late?
I offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and I won’t be able to accommodate you that day.
What if I have an emergency?
Emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis, but exceptions are not guaranteed.
