Yes! Every brow is custom designed to compliment your natural features and preferences. I aim on the ‘soft-natural’ approach
ECO Infusion uses a gentle, plant-based formula that nourishes and strengthens your natural lashes and brows while lifting and shaping them. Unlike traditional solutions, it’s keratin-infused and free of harsh chemicals, so it’s ideal for sensitive skin or those looking for a more natural approach.
Not entirely — but it will make your routine much easier.
Permanent makeup enhances your natural features and gives you a polished, effortless look without needing daily brow filling or shaping. Most clients find they no longer need to use brow pencils or powders every day, but you can still add makeup for a more defined or bold look when desired.
Think of PMU as your perfect everyday base — always ready, with the option to enhance when you want.
No! Waxing must be done 1 week prior to service.
Waxing any earlier will cause irritation and potential tearing. PMU is an invasive service that causes irritation and Brow Lamination is a service that uses chemicals. All in which will cause discomfort and potential damage.
A numbing agent is used to minimize discomfort. Most clients describe it as a scratching sensation. You should feel no pain or discomfort, however may still ‘feel’ the procedure.
Yes! The formula is designed to be gentle, vegan, and eco-conscious, making it safe for sensitive clients. It strengthens rather than damages, leaving your lashes and brows soft and hydrated.
24 hours after appointment - Gently blot the treated area with a clean and dry cotton round
1-5 days after appointment - Wipe the treated area with a damp cotton round. Discontinue this process after the fifth day or you will risk removing scabs prematurely which may affect color retention.
1-14 days after appointment - Avoid excessive sweating, long hot showers, swimming, or anything that may add moisture to the area
Do not pick scabs; the scabbing process is to be expected and is a common part of the healing process.
Do not apply makeup or additional products in the treated area until the scabs have healed.
Why do my brows look red?
The red tone is caused from irritation and inflammation of the skin which can have lingering effects as a result of your service.
My brows are scabbing, is this normal?
Yes, scabbing is absolutely normal. Permanent Makeup services cause your body to go into protection mode (think about when you scrape your knee and your body goes into protection mode to begin the healing process; this is the same sort of reaction). It is also normal for your body to not scab. The results depend on your skin type and cycle and will contribute to the amount of scabbing, if any at all.
My scabs fell off and my brows look red, why?
The redness is a result of inflammation and will pass as your body begins to fully heal.
Why did my brows disappear?
As the healing process continues, new skin forms over the wound. As the new skin forms it may appear as though your brows have disappeared, but really the pigment just needs time to resurface. Your brows will re-appear as you further along into the healing process.
Is it normal for my brows to heal at different times?
Your brows are not the same before the process. In most cases, we need to do completely different things to each brow in order to achieve symmetry. As a result, you will notice that your brows may heal independently and at a different rate. For example, if one tail requires more work than the other, you may notice that the one tail requiring more work has significantly more inflammation and irritation in comparison to the other tail. Likewise, if one brow requires more work at the head than the other you can expect that brow to have more inflammation and irritation than the other.
Yes - After the first session, you might lose some pigment while healing. This can happen for several reasons, but during the touch-up appointment, we can enhance the brows to make the color last longer. Sometimes, you might need more than one touch-up, but that's rare.
I highly recommend it. Don't wait until you're unhappy with your PMU to decide if you need an annual appointment. Be proactive! Over the year, factors like sun exposure, medications, and skincare can dull your look. Think of it this way: if you dyed your hair and waited a year to touch it up, it wouldn’t look the same as when you left the salon. Your permanent makeup can fade too, so annual appointments help keep it looking its best.

Results typically last 6–8 weeks, depending on your natural hair growth cycle and aftercare. With proper care, you can maintain beautifully lifted lashes and styled brows between appointments.
The Peptide Serum is key for maintaining healthy, strong results. It helps lock in hydration, promote growth, and extend the life of your lift or lamination. Regular use supports softer, shinier hairs and keeps your lashes and brows conditioned between appointments.
Keep them dry for the first 24 hours, avoid steam or saunas, and apply a nourishing serum daily to extend your results. Gentle brushing helps keep hairs in place and maintains that lifted, polished look.
You can — but it’s best to wait 24–48 hours before applying any makeup or skincare around the treated area. Once that time passes, you can enjoy enhanced results with or without added makeup.
Don’t worry about the appointment type; we’ll talk about your goals during the consultation. I recommend starting with Microblading, as we can build your brow but can’t take away density away.
