We aim to host all paper presentations in person at our conference venue in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Selected papers will be allocated 30 minutes to present their findings and engage with conference attendees. We encourage presenters to plan for 15–20 minutes for the presentation, followed by 10 minutes for Q&A.

At this time, papers presented at our conference will not be published in any academic journals or conference proceedings.

We do not provide presentation slides. Please reach out to the presenters directly for any materials.

Single-occupancy accommodation will be sponsored for paper presenters for three nights at the Asia School of Business (ASB) Residences in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
If presenters wish to extend their stay for personal reasons, they should make arrangements and payments directly with ASB Residences.
Accommodation will not be provided for poster presenters.
Travel to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, will be at the presenter’s own expense, as the conference does not provide funding for travel.

The attendance fee will be waived for presenters.

We strongly encourage the proposal submitter to be the presenter. If additional authors wish to present, please inform the organising committee immediately after accepting attendance so arrangements can be made.

No, accommodation will only be provided for the single paper presenter who submitted the proposal. Additional presenters must cover their own attendance fees and accommodation. Accommodation will not be provided for poster presenters.

We do not offer a virtual option. All presenters are required to attend in person. If a presenter cannot attend, please inform the organising committee so alternative arrangements can be considered.

Lunch and light refreshments will be provided for all conference attendees on each day of the event.

Parking: Visitor parking is available within the ASB Academic Building.
