Frequently Asked Questions

We aim to host all paper presentations in-person at our conference venue in Kuala Lumpur.

Selected proposals will be given 30 minutes of time to present their findings and discuss with conference attendees. We encourage presenters to have 15 minutes for presentation, with 15 minutes for Q&A.

All academic presentations will be recorded.

At this point in time, papers presented at our conference will not be published in any academic journals or conference proceedings.

However, we aim to make presentation slides and recordings of the presentations available for access after the conference.*

Single occupancy accommodation will be provided for conference paper presenters for 2 nights at the Asia School of Business on-campus accommodation, ASB Residences in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Should presenters wish to extend their stay for personal reasons, they should make payment to the management of ASB Residences directly.

All travel costs are to be borne by conference participants.

We are pleased to sponsor the accommodation and tickets for up to two (2) presenters per presentation. Should more than two presenters attend the conference for the same presentation, any additional presenters will be responsible for covering their own tickets and accommodation.

Lunch and light refreshments will be provided for conference attendees on both days.

All presenters and participants are required to attend in person. Each presentation must have at least one (1) presenter physically present at the conference venue.

The attendance fee will be waived for up to two (2) presenters per presentation. Poster presenters are required to pay the attendance fee, and accommodation will not be sponsored.

Unless you fall under the NGO or Student category (with valid proof), all general participants must register and make payment under the “Public” category.
