# Reelax — Account & Data Deletion

If you would like to delete your Reelax account and all associated data, follow the
steps below.

## How to request account deletion
1. Send an email to **sakdevelopment.120112@gmail.com** from the email address linked to
your Reelax (Google) account.
2. Use the subject line: **"Delete my Reelax account"**.
3. We will process your request and delete your account and associated cloud data
within **30 days**.

## What data is deleted
When your deletion request is processed, the following data is **permanently deleted**:
- Your name and email address
- Your account identifier
- Your statistics: daily and lifetime reel counts, streaks, daily limit
- Your achievements/badges, coins, and purchased items
- Your leaderboard entry and friend connections

## What data is kept
- **Nothing is retained** after your deletion request is processed, except where we are
required to keep limited records by law.
- Any data stored **only on your device** (counts and settings) is removed automatically
when you uninstall the app.

## Retention period
We complete account and data deletion within **30 days** of receiving your request.
