Community Cleanups

Join Reed Neighbors for hands-on community cleanups that help keep our school and neighborhood clean, safe and welcoming. As a local steward for The Trash Punx, we’re proud to partner with community members to build a cleaner, healthier neighborhood. Thanks for being such an awesome community 💛

Paul Moore Park | Sept. 12, 2026

A small but mighty crew from Reed Neighbors, Valley View and Trash Punx spent the morning giving Paul Moore Park a little TLC. Even a mom and her two kids who were playing at the park stopped to ask if they could pitch in!

Thanks to everyone who showed up, helped out and took care of a little corner of our community. 💚

Reed Elementary Cleanup | January 11, 2026

Reed Neighbors kicked off the new year by giving Reed Elementary a little TLC, picking up litter and sprucing up the school grounds with support from our friends at The Trash Punx.

And yes, we scooped some poop! 💩 Scoop the Poop, Save the Recess is a good reminder that keeping our neighborhood clean also means looking out for some of our littlest neighbors.

Thanks to everyone who showed up, pitched in and helped take care of our neighborhood school. 💛

Paul Moore Park | September 28, 2025

Reed Neighbors joined a City of San José cleanup at Paul Moore Park, pitching in to weed, mulch and spruce up our neighborhood park.

Thanks to everyone who rolled up their sleeves and helped give our neighborhood park a little extra love! 🌱💛
