Assessment

The Restart Program includes different types of assessments.  

1. Formative assessments for each lesson  in the notebooks (All Units - beginning and end)

2. Summative Assessments at the end of Units  (for Units 5, 7-Part 1 and 7- Part 2)

3. A grading rubric for the Book Report (Unit 6 - alternative assessment)

4. A grading rubric for The Play (Unit 8 - alternative assessment)

5. A Final Written Assessment for the entire program

6. A Writing Portfolio assessment rubric/page at the end of the program

7. A final Student Feedback and Reflection form
