Getting Started: Once you book and place your deposit, we’ll put together an initial coordination plan with you. This first meeting can be in person or virtual—whatever works best for you!
Final Check-In: About a month before your event, we’ll meet in person at your venue to walk through all the details and make sure everything is set.
Day-of Support: On the big day, your coordinator and an assistant will be there for up to 8 hours, making sure everything runs smoothly, vendors stay on track, and your vision comes to life.
