About a month before your event, we’ll meet in person at your venue to walk through layout, flow, and logistics so everything feels organized and ready.
Day-Of Coordination
Up to 8 hours of coverage from your coordinator and one assistant
Management of event flow, timing, and key transitions
Vendor communication and oversight throughout the event
Light setup of personal items and décor
Coordination with your venue to ensure a smooth wrap-up
This package is designed for events with up to 70 guests. For larger celebrations, additional team members can be added to ensure the right level of support.
