Redwood Heart Event Staff

Event Staff | $60/hr per staff member | $300 minimum

Our Event Staff are scheduled for full-day coverage (up to 10 hours), working from setup through takedown. They handle venue setup, décor placement, transitions, bussing, and general service throughout the event. Event Staff do not handle food service but focus on ensuring the event runs smoothly from beginning to end.

Catering Support Staff | $60/hr per staff member | $300 minimum

Our Catering Support Staff are scheduled for shorter shifts, typically from cocktail hour through desserts. Their role is to support food service by replenishing buffets, setting out pre-prepared appetizers and desserts, scraping plates, racking glassware, and bussing tables. They do not prepare, cook, or plate food, but provide seamless assistance to complement catering and venue service.
