Rates and Availability

Rates:

Rates vary and can be found on the AirBnB website

Cleaning fee $110 per stay

Plus 15% tax

$100 REFUNDABLE security deposit

Terms:

Booking is not confirmed until full payment is received by cash or check.  

Cancellation Policy:

Booking is refundable up to 60 days prior to booking

Booking is 50% refundable  from 6-59 days prior to booking

No cancellations less than 5 days prior to booking

Policies:

No Smoking is allowed

 Pets are allowed

Check-in Time is 4:00 PM and Checkout  Time is 10:00 AM unless prior arrangements are made.

Linens are included

Sheets should be stripped and towels should be put in the washer before leaving

Dishes should be washed or in the dishwasher running before leaving
