Instructions on how to use the baseboard heaters:

During the summer months, you are welcome to use the baseboard heaters, but please ensure that all are turned off upon checking out.  

During the colder months, the only heat that will be on when you arrive will be the bathroom baseboard heaters.   Each bedroom has its on baseboard heater.  Themaster bedroom control is on the baseboard heater, itself.  The upstairs bedroom heater control is a switch found on the wall over the light switch.  When you check out, please be sure that the bedroom heaters are set to off and the bathroom heaters are the only ones on and should be set to 3/4.  

There are two seperate quartz space heaters.  One for the living room/downstairs and one for the loft.  During the summer months, these will be stored in the loft closet near the desk.  There is also a large fan stored in there as well.

Extra Linens

Extra blankets and linens for the upstairs trundle bed located in the loft, can be found in the bottom dresser drawer of the upstairs bedroom.  Extra blankets are also found in the trunk located in the master closet.

Extra towels / washcloths are located on the top shelf of the master bedroom closet.

Check-out Instructions:

1.  Checkout time is 10:00am.

2.  Please dispose of any trash in the bathrooms and bedrooms in the kitchen trash can.  Please leave any extra bagged trash in the kitchen.

3. Leave any bed linens used in the laundry hamper (located in the master bathroom closet) and all used beds unmade.

4. Please load any used towels in the washing machine and run the machine before leaving.  There are detergent pods under the sink in the guest bathroom.

5. Please load and run the dishwasher with any remaining dirty dishes.  There are detergent pods under the sink in the kitchen.

6. Please make sure to check all drawers and closets.  These are the most common places for us to find forgotten items!
