DataStream Tech Inc., the developer of the Redwine App, is unequivocally committed to protecting children from all forms of harm, including Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards CSAE content and behavior. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate action, including permanent account suspension and reporting to law enforcement.
We strictly prohibit the creation, sharing, uploading, or distribution of any content or engagement in any behavior that constitutes or promotes CSAE, including but not limited to:
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual depiction (image, video, or link) of child sexual abuse, whether real or computer-generated (including AI-generated content).
Grooming and Solicitation: Any attempt to solicit or establish contact with minors for sexual purposes.
Sexualization of Minors: Any content that inappropriately sexualizes minors, even if fictional or non-explicit.
Child Trafficking and Sextortion: Using our platform to facilitate the trafficking or sexual exploitation of children.
We utilize a combination of technology and human moderation to proactively combat CSAE:
In-App Reporting Mechanism: The Redwine App provides a prominent, easy-to-use "Report" button on every profile, post, and direct message. Users can easily report suspicious content or behavior directly within the application interface. This ensures users can communicate concerns quickly and confidentially.
Trained Moderation Team: All reports are promptly reviewed by a dedicated team of trained professionals.
Age Restrictions: The Redwine App enforces strict age limits, and we employ measures to prevent users under the minimum required age of 18 from accessing the Service.
When CSAE content or behavior is detected, we take immediate and severe action:
Immediate Removal: Violating content is removed instantly.
Account Termination: Offending user accounts are immediately and permanently banned.
Mandatory Reporting: We comply with all legal obligations to report suspected CSAE violations, including known CSAM, to the appropriate law enforcement and child protection agencies, such as NCMEC's CyberTipline. We preserve necessary data to support law enforcement investigations.
