Summer Camp

 Below are a few announcements regarding the program:

1. SUMMER INFO- Attached is our summer camp brochure for our 2024 school age camp. There are a couple of trips that are underlined. We are still waiting for confirmation on these trips, however, all other trips on the list have been booked and confirmed!

2. ACTIVITY FEE- The summer activity fee this year is $150 per child and is due in full by June 1st. Your child will not be eligible to attend any field trips or swim trips if this activity fee is not paid. (See deposits for more information)

3. DEPOSITS- Deposits for summer camp are due by April 1, 2024.  We are asking for a $50 deposit per child to hold spots for summer. If your child is currently attending Kidz Konnection, you may add the deposit to your monthly/weekly tuition check and make a note in the memo section. This deposit will go towards your child’s activity fee!  (EX. $50 deposit paid in May 2022= $125 due by first week of camp for activity fee). All checks can be made out to RKK Inc.  The remaining activity fee balance will be due June 1

4. PAPERWORK- Paperwork will be online at the end of May.  If your child is currently attending Kidz Konnection, you will only need to complete a new agreement for summer. Your emergency contact form is good until then end of August. If your child does not currently attend daycare, you will receive an agreement and an emergency contact form to complete for each child attending. 

5. PHYSICALS- You may receive a physical form to have completed by your child’s physician if you are new to the daycare or if your child is due for an updated physical form (they are good for two years for school age children). If your child has a scheduled well check between now and summer please ask the doctor for a signed physical form for daycare and send us a copy regardless if you are due for a new one or not. 

6. DAYS ATTENDING- If you have not already confirmed the days your child will be attending summer camp please do so ASAP. We are currently working on our staff schedule and need to know how many children we will have each day of camp. Reminder that your child must attend at least two days per week and all scheduled days must be the same set days each week. 

7. HANDBOOK- Our school age handbook and our updated summer brochure can be found on our daycare website. Google “Redman’s Kidz Konnection” and it should bring you to our site. There is a lot of information for parents on the site. 

8. FACEBOOK- Please request to join our Private Facebook page if you’d like to see summer pictures and updates.
