Hello, my name is Bella Rose Salazar. Softball has been a big part of my life ever since I was a little girl. I started playing softball at the age of five and have learned so much from it. Softball has taught me leadership, humbleness, strength, confidence, time management, social skills, exploration, and much more. Not only have these lessons helped me in softball, but they have also prepared me for the real world and shaped me into a better person.
Softball has also brought me many friendships, and to this day, I am still friends with many of the girls I grew up with. I love that even after we go our own ways and later reunite, our bond is still unbreakable—just as if we never left each other’s side. Spending time together, pushing each other to be the best we can be, and making memories we will cherish when we are older is something I will be forever grateful for.
I live in Palmdale, California, and attend Highland High School. I strive to be the best student-athlete I can be by maintaining a 4.0 GPA, participating in school clubs such as Vital Teens and AFJROTC, and actively serving my community. I am dedicated to becoming a Registered Nurse and then joining the United States Air Force in the future.
I play for a travel ball team, Redemption Valley Garcia/Vigil, based out of San Fernando. I commit myself to a 50-minute drive to every practice and consistently attend games and tournaments.
