Your collection, notes, and statistics are stored locally on your device. If you choose to export or import data, you control the destination. We do not receive or process these files and cannot recover deleted local data.
Reminders (e.g., “bird of the day,” observation tips) are handled through local notifications on your device. Notification data is not sent to us or third parties.
Do not use the app to store illegal or harmful content or to misrepresent the app as a professional ornithology platform. Commercial use requires our prior written consent.
The app’s code, design, and branding belong to us or our licensors. You are granted a personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app in accordance with these Terms.
Features (e.g., catalogs, stats, export options) may be modified or removed without notice. Continued use after updates indicates your acceptance of revised Terms.
