Terms of Service & Conditions

​Please make sure to read the ToS carefully before ordering a commission, Anything else, you can contact me via mail or DM.

1️⃣ All commissions requested are for PERSONAL USE and collection ONLY (avatars/icons, profile pictures, banners, forums, print them out and hang them to your wall, etc) The requested artwork is NOT FOR COMMERCIAL USE in any shape or form. You are not allowed to resell the artwork. I own the artwork.

2️⃣ All prices are subjected to change (will be stated) due complexity of the order/subject of the commission. ⚠️ For example: intricate or ornate armor/weapon,mecha, tattoos, patterns, detailed background... may require additional fee.

3️⃣ You are entitled to a refund prior to a rough sketch is presented.

Once you approve a sketch for completion, you may no longer request a refund for your commission regardless of cancellation.

4️⃣ If you, per chance, request a fanart, and you use the commissioned artwork for anything other than personal use, I am absolved from any legal responsibility due to your actions.

Any art I produce + commissions may not be created into NFTs format for ANY REASON. I don't support NFTs in any way, shape or form.

1️⃣ PAYPAL is the only form of payment available (via invoice). Usually all prices are stated in EUROS (€), but both (Euros and USD) are accepted. [Currency exchange will be made at the time of the payment].

2️⃣ Commissions equal to or below 150€ EUR should be paid fully upfront.

3️⃣ For works superior to 150€ EUR, you can choose to pay 50% upfront and 50% when it is finished. The final work , high resolution files will be sent only when 100% of the payment is made. I remind you that WIPS (works in progress) have a watermark and are sent in low resolution, until final payment is completed.

If you choose the 50/50 option, the "pre-payment" must be done via paypal [50% upfront before I send you a sketch].

4️⃣ Once we have reached to an agreement (via mail) and you have received the invoice ⚠️You have A WEEK to send the payment (at least the first 50%, if it's the case). Otherwise, the slot goes to the next one on the list.

1️⃣  I reserve the right to use the artwork in my portfolio/social media/self-promotion. (I will not give credit to the commissioner, unless they want to be mentioned).

2️⃣ I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission at any time (a refund will be issued for this reason).

3️⃣ In the case I stream the process of your commission , you will be asked for permission (given the chances that I may be working on a surprise gift or / something that must not be revealed until given time).

4️⃣ Also you'll be asked if I can use the commissioned work for a "step by step" process tutorial as an example. Although, the native HD format of the final product will always be reserved to the commissioner.

During a commission I usually send mails depending on the "stage" of the artwork, to make sure the client will receive what they want. Note that this applies to digital commissions. Tradicional have slightly variants, since there cannot be minor changes until the piece is digitized. 

I usually work at ~4000px tall 3500 px wide at 300 DPI for general illustrations, may vary depending on the format. Also all files will be:.JPEG and/or .PNG in RGB [color mode] (but you can print it and it still will look good). That’s what you’ll receive.

You can specify if you need it in .PDF or .TIFF or any cropped format [(not editable)], or changed to a CMYK [color mode].
