Adoptables Terms of Service

​Please make sure to read the ToS carefully before purchasing. Anything else, you can contact me via mail or DM.

1️⃣ All adoptables are for PERSONAL USE and collection ONLY (avatars/icons, profile pictures, banners, forums, print them out and hang them to your wall, etc) Adoptables are NOT FOR COMMERCIAL USE in any shape or form. You are not allowed to resell the artwork itself. 

The original artwork is not to be used for commercial purposes either.
⚠️ Any character designs for commercial use should be discussed as bussiness inquiry and will involve a higher fee.

2️⃣ All prices are final. They will be laveled as "Sale" or "Auctions"

• For auctions, minimum increases will be stated on the announcement. Please, do NOT bid if you can't pay right away.

⚠️ If you intend to buy it with commercial rights you must convey that at the time of the purchase and prices will be discussed.

3️⃣ I have different platforms where I upload the designs. I use: Ko-fi, Furaffinity and Bluesky. (Deviantart and Twitter are just places where I might announce them). If you see my designs in another platform, that's not me. My T.o.S appy there as well.

4️⃣ Any art I produce and adoptable designs may not be created into NFTs format or used in TRAINING AIs for ANY REASON. I don't support NFTs or AI.

⚠️ Failure to follow these T.o.S will also result in permanent BAN and BLACKLIST from purchasing/trading/owning any future designs or work. 

1️⃣ PAYPAL is the only form of payment available. Usually all prices are stated in EUROS (€), but both (Euros and USD) are accepted. [Currency exchange will be made at the time of the payment].

2️⃣ Adoptables must be paid fully upfront and total price. (exception to this rule, read below*)

3️⃣ For adoptables superior to 200€ EUR, you can choose a payment plan (max divided in 2 or 3 parts).

4️⃣ Once you have received the Paypal notification ⚠️You have TWO DAYS to send the payment. Then I'll send the HD files to you. Otherwise, the adoptable will be avaidable again for sale/auction or the next higher bidder.

5️⃣ Adoptables are NON-REFUNDABLE. You can re-sell the adoptable at the same prize (nor higher or lower), the only exception to that is if you commissioned work of the design, in which case you can increase the price. Anyhow, I retain my right on the artwork itself.

1️⃣ I reserve the right to use the artwork in my portfolio/social media/self-promotion.

2️⃣ I reserve the right to change sale type (auction, flatsale) as I see fit. 

3️⃣ You CANNOT CLAIM the artwork as your own, neither claim you designed the character. So please, if you showcase my work on one of your platforms, publicly, use the watermarked version and credit me. Thank you!

4️⃣ If you re-sell the adoptable I would like to know the new owner, just to keep track of it (unless is stated otherwise in the conditions).

Once payment is complete, you'll receive an HD resolution archives, sent via e-mail. Normally I send:

• .PNG archive without background of every character design.

• .JPG version of the full version of every character design. [HD and Watermarked Lower quality for public showcase]

• (Optional) Headshot (if it has it on the adoptable) in a separate archive.

I usually work at ~4000px tall 3500 px wide at 300 DPI for general design, may vary depending on the format. You'll recieve the HD version of the adopt (.PNG), only for your use plus a low resolution version with watermark (I recommend you keep the HD version only for yourself).
