A list of accepted materials was sent to the design team in order to create effective and attention grabbing signage similar to what we have at Penn State. 

The program is not in full effect quite yet so it is hard to say if my system will be more effective, but as alluded to earlier all recycling gets mixed in the waste bin so the changes that are in the works will almost certainly have a large impact on the programs effectiveness.
