My aunt and uncle, Ada and Arthur Inman, lived across the street on Powell. He sold night crawlers after he retired. Their drive way was half an oblong, so you could drive in and drive out. The garage/shed was set back from the road and house. Might be the house next to the buses, but I can't tell.
The sign is still there, now most of it is funtastic rides.
