1. Information We Collect
Recon Reviews may store the information required to operate its features, including:
Discord user, server, channel, role and message IDs;
Reviews, ratings and submission dates;
Server configurations and permission settings;
Premium status and expiration dates;
Invite-reward information;
Error and moderation records when necessary.
2. How We Use Information
This information is used to publish and manage reviews, calculate statistics, save server settings, manage permissions, provide Premium features, prevent abuse and offer support.
3. Data Storage
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service. Reasonable security measures are used, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
4. Google Sheets
When an authorised user requests a review export, Recon Reviews may create a Google Sheet containing the server’s review information. The exported document is then subject to Google’s own terms and privacy policies.
5. Third-Party Services
Recon Reviews uses services provided by Discord, Google, Patreon and hosting providers. These services may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not sell personal information.
6. Data Removal
Users and server owners may request the removal of eligible reviews, configurations or stored information. We may require verification of identity or server ownership before completing a request.
7. Age Requirements
Users must meet Discord’s minimum age requirement and any higher minimum age required in their country.
8. Changes and Contact
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the Service changes. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.
