MEET NATALIE
I’m Natalie — a personal trainer, empowerment and confidence coach, mum, and survivor.
I didn’t come to this work through a straight line or a perfect transformation story.
I came to it through trauma, survival, and rebuilding from the ground up.
Fitness wasn’t about changing my body — it was about learning to trust myself again.
Movement became a way to regulate my nervous system, rebuild confidence, and reconnect with my strength when everything else felt unstable.
That lived experience shapes everything I do as a coach.
I don’t train women to punish their bodies.
I coach women to feel safe, capable, and strong in them.

Reclaim Coaching blends strength training, mindset work, and trauma-informed support — because real change doesn’t happen in silos.
