Sélèna has been teaching at several schools in 4 different countries since 2001. Over her teaching career abroad, she had the pleasure to teach children and adults of various nationalities and diverse backgrounds.  Sélèna has now made Singapore her home and has been working at an International School in this beautiful green lion city since 2010. She is entirely bilingual (French/ English). Through her numerous adventures in South East Asia and Oceania, Sélèna studied many healing modalities.  It is only in the recent years that she stumbled across Neuro Linguistic Programming and Time Line Therapy studies.  Fascinated by the power of our unconscious mind, she felt compelled to learn how we can use it to reprogramme and empower ourselves. Sélèna enjoys studying human behaviours and is passionate about helping others overcoming their difficulties to achieve the best version of themselves.
