eLearning Module
Pronouns in the Workplace is an eLearning module designed as part of onboarding training for new employees at Brookside. This module, part of the DEIB program, teaches key concepts about respectful pronoun usage and effective communication in the workplace.
Goal: To improve employee belonging and positive workplace culture metrics as measured in annual employee satisfaction surveys.

50/30/20 Model for Budgeting
eLearning Module and Supporting Documents
The 50/30/20 Rule is an eLearning module designed to teach young adults and budgeting beginners how to easily and effectively manage their money using the 50/30/20 Rule. This module provides background content, personal stories, and hands-on examples to assist learners in developing budgeting skills.
Goal: To help learners gain confidence in managing their money.
General audience: Young adults & budgeting beginners

Stress Management
(Virtual) Instructor Led Training
Stress Management is an instructor-led training designed to teach a general audience about biological stress responses and methods of stress reduction. The training covers the fight or flight response, chronic stress, and stress management techniques and resources. This ILT packet includes a slide deck, facilitator's guide, and participant workbook. The training can be given virtually or in-person.
Goal: To provide learners with content and tools to understand their biological response to stress and develop a stress-management plan.
General audience: Adults with beginner/intermediate knowledge of psychology and self care

Setting SMART Goals
Micro eLearning Module
The SMART Goals micro eLearning module is designed to help the learner set more effective goals. This module teaches the five steps of the SMART goal method. Whether you want to run a race, finish a degree program, raise money for charity, or hit a sales target, setting a goal is a great motivator to achieving something you can be proud of, and research shows that setting goals is linked to higher achievement.
Goal: Enhance learner ability to positively change behavior.
General audience: Adults

Intro to Google Sites
Micro eLearning Video
Intro to Google Sites is a video training designed to teach creative professionals about the basic functions of Google Sites. The training covers templates, themes, changing text and photos, and building menus.
Goal: To provide learners with introductory tools to establish and begin building a portfolio website using Google Sites.
General audience: Creative professionals building an online portfolio, beginner knowledge of website development
