My 17+ years in education and counseling have provided me with a rich toolbox that I draw from to create clear, engaging, and impactful learning experiences. At my core, I find joy in helping humans grow and develop, in the professional space and beyond.

then zoom in to engage deeply with the 1:1 human experience

• asking the right questions to help a person or a project get moving 

in a positive direction

• bringing a wicked sense of humor to everything that I do

When I'm outside the office, I enjoy hiking the mountains of my beautiful state of Vermont, reading voraciously, and baking delicious treats so I have an excuse to lick the bowl.
