I'm an assistant professor of Organizational Leadership at the University of Colorado at Boulder, Leeds School of Business.

Before starting my Ph.D., I worked as a healthcare consultant, conducting process improvement, job and staffing analyses, client trainings, and developing analytical reporting tools. I loved working on complex problems and finding innovative solutions for my clients! I traveled all over the country from my home base of Seattle, working with 6 different project teams in three years.

When I came to MSU for my PhD, I became very interested in how teams are shaped by time. My interests have blossomed since I began my program - check out my growing CV here! 

I'm a native Michigander - born and raised. I love to travel and experience the world! In my spare time, you'll find me rock climbing at an indoor gym, hiking some new destination, brewing beer, or working on an embroidery project.
