In his debut album, creator Dustin Hedger presents an eclectic sound best described as rock, alternative, funk and blues fusion. Screaming Through the Confines, set to be fully released on October 8, 2022, is a collection of 10 songs that, aside from a brief instrumental number, touch upon biographical tales and also frustrations over world crises and U.S. politics. Hanging by a String was inspired by the true gut-wrenching experiences of a Honduran boy forced to abandon his family and country in order to flee the violent gangs of his home town. Suffocating Heat is a track that addresses our country's struggle to embrace its racial diversity. Blood Orange Moon delves into the dark history of American politics in Central American countries during the cold war. Through these songs and others, the album provides a varied selection of emotional material with music at times reminiscent of the distinct sounds of Social Distortion, Blink-182, Red Hot Chili Peppers and even of the late great, Stevie Ray Vaughn.
