Family home, so there were a lot of memories. We helped the client along the journey with donate, give, toss, and take. 

Emptied the room as much as possible and brought in simple furniture using the client's rug, keeping some artwork and curtains in place.

This home was an estate sale, so adult kids were dealing with their family home. Not a lot left in the house to stage with, and the family was limited on funds. We gave them a focused prep plan that included some painting and ripping up dated carpet to reveal gorgeous hardwoods.

Brought up the vintage couch from the basement and added some color!

Arrived at 8am to a house not quite ready for us. No choice! Rolled up sleeves and worked wonders! We were not bringing in much at all for furniture.

Moved existing large rugs and tables from room to room. Added accent pillows and accessories, and bold artwork to the walls. The client and her kids loved it all!

Owners had relocated to their next home. Didn't want us really bringing much in since they had already done the hard work of moving.

Found a couch in the basement and a rolled rug in the closet! Added some color, and the room was the highlight of the home!
