I have been working insome facet of marketing for the last 3 decades.
I began my career at a non-profit organization, where I educated corporate leaders on effective communication strategies. From there, I entered the world of communications with a real estate developer in Boston, where I was able to explore a range of roles, from crisis management and product development to property marketing and event planning.
I've worked with various sized businesses to help develop their marketing strategy, grow their audience, and increase sales. From structural engineers to a chimney service company, and residential developers to non-profits, I have had the privilege of partnering with many unique leaders.

How I work with clients is flexible. I work with many clients on retainer, "touching" their business on a daily basis, or can scope work on an hourly or project basis depending on what fits your needs.

Client Preparation & Staging
Working closely with the client, I'll develop a detailed plan to get the home ready for market. Figuring out what to keep, what to move, and what we might need to reach your goal. I've spent years mastering my interior design approach - staying on top of the trends to balance function and aesthetic. With staging, I'm able to use the client's existing furniture and decor, and bring in any supplemental pieces to add the color, pop, and fun! It's amazing how changing a layout or swapping out small pieces can make such a difference. Many times, clients say they wish they had had the room like that the whole time!
Real Estate Marketing
Marketing you and marketing your properties - is where my creativity meets results.
After working with numerous clients, I've developed an extensive process for developing a marketing plan for your project beyond creating the simple property brochure.
Between QR codes, MLS reverse prospecting emails, postcards, social media posts, boosts/advertising, and anything more your home listing may need - my role is to prepare you to go live.
I'm also available to make adjustments to your existing marketing to align with the current market trends.
