Yes — for smaller jobs, we do have a minimum charge. This helps cover the time, travel, and administrative costs involved in getting to and from your location. The minimum amount depends on your distance from us, and we’ll be happy to let you know exactly what it is when you contact us. 

For most projects, we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the job. For larger-scope projects, we may set up a custom payment schedule, which we’ll outline in your estimate.

Smaller jobs are due in full at the time of service and can be paid by Venmo, Zelle, or check. We’ll always review the payment details with you before we get started so there are no surprises.

If you require a credit card payment, there is a service processing fee. Please let us know at the time of booking.

If you prefer to be home and would like the work scheduled outside business hours, just let us know. Please note that outside business hour appointments will likely have a higher rate.
