P3. Project plans

This activity was realized at the beginning of the project: plans for implementation, monitoring and self-evaluation, communication and dissemination. These plans were made under the coordination of the Romanian school in collaboration with all partners. During the course of the project, they have undergone some changes, depending on the evolution of the project and the adaptation to the realities of the moment (change of coordinator in Poland, moving of C7 activity from Lithuania to Romania).
