I am certified in New Jersey in three subject areas as a Teacher of English ,Teacher of Students with Disabilities, and a Reading Specialist Instructional Certificate. I currently teach 6th grade but have worked in grades preschool all the way up to teaching 11th grade in high school. I have a Bachelor's degree in English and Psychology from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. At Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, I was an Edward J. Bloustein Distinguished Scholar and made the Dean's List. I have a Master's in Education from Capella University with a specialty in Reading and Literacy and have been working in the field of Education for over 10 years. At Capella, I made the Dean's List every semester and graduated with distinction because I held a perfect 4.0 my entire graduate school career.
