This portfolio consists of what I have learned from the six courses I have taken at Georgetown University of Qatar and Northwestern University of Qatar, including the overall theme I have observed -- how media and politics play a role in enunciating known stereotypes and ideas about the Middle East. I have also taken part in an activity, an experiental trip to Dubai (the Global Media Exchange Program provided by NUQ), which has helped me gain knowledge by linking coursework to practical scenarios and real-life situations.
