R&D operates under OMEGA-LEVEL CLEARANCE standards.

• R&D personnel:
  
  

  • Must be escorted when outside secure zones
    
    

  • Are not to be interrogated by non-Command staff
    
    

  • Cannot be deployed to frontline combat unless authorized

  • No research data may be shared outside R&D without approval
    
    

  • Field personnel receive only operationally necessary details
    
    

  • Leaks are treated as treason

R&D operates independently but remains subordinate to Enclave High Command.
