I possess a track record of implementing innovative teaching and learning methods, a formidable task considering the diversity of student backgrounds. However, I have successfully introduced blended learning, seamlessly combining traditional classroom instruction with modern ICT-enabled teaching and learning processes, which has proven to be a game-changer for the student community in recent years.
