I served as the Rapporteur and Moderator during the Two-Day National Seminar on "Indian Service Sector in the Information and Communication Technology Era: Emerging Trends, Issues, and Prospects," which took place at Ayya Nadar Janaki Ammal College, Sivakasi, on December 19, 2014.
