Refunds and Cancellations Policy
At Rd2success Fast Track Ltd, we strive to provide the best possible driving courses and services. We understand that sometimes plans can change, and as such, we’ve outlined our Refunds and Cancellations Policy to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties. Please read this policy carefully.
1. Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of your initial payment under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. However, this right is subject to certain exclusions outlined below.
2. Exclusions to the 14-Day Cancellation Right
The 14-day cooling-off period will be waived if any of the following apply:
Lessons or tests have commenced within the 14-day period. Once you have started your lessons, the right to cancel and receive a refund no longer applies.
Payments have been made to your instructor for scheduling and booking your lessons. Once a driving instructor is assigned and hours are booked, cancellation may result in partial or no refunds, depending on the progress of your lessons.
3. Refunds for Driving Courses
Refunds for our intensive driving courses will depend on how much of the course has already been completed:
If you have completed 50% or more of your booked hours, no refund will be provided under any circumstance.
If you have completed less than 50%, we can either:
Refund you for the remaining uncompleted hours, minus a non-refundable deposit of £250.
Offer to assign you a new instructor for the remaining hours.
Please note that any deposit fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances once the service has been provided, as we incur costs in reserving instructors and scheduling tests.
4. Refunds for Theory Practice App and Other Services
Theory Practice App: Once access to our theory practice app is provided, no refund will be issued.
Other Digital Products: No refunds will be issued for digital products or services once they have been provided or accessed.
5. Test Bookings
If you choose to include a practical driving test booking with your course:
You will be responsible for the costs of the test booking if a cancellation is made after the test has been scheduled.
If you need to reschedule your test, additional fees may apply.
6. Payment Plan Cancellations (via Pay It Monthly)
If you have opted to pay for your course via our finance provider, Pay It Monthly, please be aware that:
You can cancel your financing agreement within 14 days of making the application, provided no lessons or tests have been conducted.
Once lessons or tests commence, cancellations will fall under the conditions outlined above, and no refund will be available beyond what is applicable for unused hours.
If you cancel after lessons have started or a test has been booked, Pay It Monthly will still require you to make the agreed payments under the finance agreement unless otherwise stated by the finance provider.
7. Course Transfer or Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your course:
Rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days before the start of your course with no additional fees.
Requests made within 7 days of the scheduled start may incur an administration fee.
If you wish to transfer your booking to another person, this must be agreed upon at least 7 days in advance of your scheduled start date and may incur a transfer fee.
8. Cancellation by Rd2success Fast Track Ltd
In rare instances, Rd2success Fast Track Ltd may need to cancel or reschedule your course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, severe weather, or other force majeure events). In these cases:
We will offer to reschedule your lessons at no additional cost.
If rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a full refund for any unused lessons.
9. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To cancel your booking or request a refund:
Please contact us in writing at rd2successfasttrack@gmail.com with your booking details, and we will guide you through the process.
Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 14 working days of receiving your request.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refunds and Cancellations Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and significant changes will be communicated via email or website notification.
