We offer a range of intensive driving courses, including theory test preparation and practical driving instruction. By purchasing any of our packages, you agree to follow our terms and the conditions set out for each course or service.
To be eligible for our intensive driving courses, you must:
Be at least 17 years of age and hold a valid provisional driving license.
Provide accurate and complete information when filling out any forms on the website.
Comply with all local driving laws and regulations while taking lessons.
All bookings for driving courses must be made through the provided Google Forms linked to our site.
Payment must be made through our secure payment gateways (including Stripe) at the time of booking.
If you select a finance option through our finance provider, you agree to their terms and conditions.
Prices for all services, including VAT where applicable, are listed on the website and may be subject to change.
You have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of payment under our cooling-off policy, provided no lessons or services have been provided.
The 14-day cooling-off period is waived if any lessons or test bookings are made within this period.
If lessons have begun, or payments have been made to instructors, the cancellation and refund process will be subject to the terms laid out in our Refunds and Cancellations Policy, which you must read before booking.
Refunds may only be issued for unused driving lessons, and our deposit fees are non-refundable.
All lesson bookings must be completed within the time frame agreed upon during the booking process.
If you need to reschedule a lesson, you must provide 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a forfeiture of that lesson, with no refund or replacement offered.
Rd2success Fast Track Ltd is not responsible for any personal injury, vehicle damage, or traffic violations that occur during your driving lessons.
You acknowledge that driving is a skill that comes with risk, and by participating in our courses, you assume all liability for any incidents that occur during your lessons or tests.
Rd2success Fast Track Ltd, including its instructors, will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site or our services.
While we prepare students thoroughly for their theory and practical tests, we cannot guarantee a pass.
If you fail your theory or practical test, we are happy to offer further guidance, but additional fees may apply for rebooking tests or extending lesson hours.
The theory app we provide access to for £18 is designed to aid you in your theory test preparation, but it is your responsibility to use this tool effectively.
All instructors affiliated with Rd2success Fast Track Ltd are fully qualified and certified to teach driving lessons in accordance with UK regulations.
We strive to match learners with instructors that suit their learning style, but we reserve the right to change instructors if necessary for operational reasons.

Rd2success Fast Track Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the site or our services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
