Uniforms

The standard RCSOA uniform is:

• NISOA Jerseys- New style required for varsity games starting in 2022

• Grid Jerseys can be worn on JV and Modified games

• NY State circular patch - no other

• Solid black shorts (no stripes)

• Black socks with white stripes

• Black shoes

The circular New York State Soccer Official patch is required and is the ONLY permissible patch when officiating public high school games.

USSF, NISOA, FIFA or any other patch is NOT permissible.

Officials are encouraged to contact each other earlier during the day of the game to decide what to wear.

Black RCSOA windshirt may be worn in severe weather

OFFICIALS MUST BE DRESSED ALIKE - New NISOA jerseys are acceptable if both officials have them in the same color and sleeve length.

If a hat is worn it must be SOLID ALL BLACK with NO Logo
