Directions:
Enter your email and the password that was sent by Scott Manga
Click next and enter your contact info
Click next and begin the 50 question exam
Use the rulebook or the link to the rules changes (On the home page) to help with the questions
Press submit when you're done and you can view your score
An email will also be sent to you with the score and questions you got correct/incorrect
Please send your score out of 50 to Scott Manga when you have completed the exam
Exam Deadline- Friday August 7, 2026
Required Score- 85% or higher- Must get at least 43/50 questions correct
There is unlimited chances to take and pass the exam
** It is recommended you answer the questions on paper first and transfer over to the google form when you are ready. You don't need to have a google account to take the exam but you do need a google account if you would like your answers to save if you don't complete the test in one sitting.
** Test Review Sessions at Burger Loft/D96 will be held on July 15th and August 3rd, both nights at 6:30 PM. Books will also be available. Please contact Scott Manga for more information.
